Markets
Three regions, one deal team.
We advise across the Middle East, Western Europe and West Africa — and most of our work sits in the space between them.
Our home market.
Middle East
Egypt and the Gulf are where our partners built their careers and where most of our mandates originate. We know how family groups actually make decisions, how long approvals take, and which counterparties can be relied upon to close.
The region is in the middle of a structural shift: founder generations are handing over, sponsors are more disciplined on price, and capital has become genuinely expensive. That combination creates transactions — and makes independent advice more valuable than it has been in a decade.

Western Europe
Geneva gives us direct access to the private wealth, family-office and institutional capital that still funds a large share of cross-border activity into our region, and to European strategic buyers evaluating North African and Gulf assets.
European counterparties bring a specific set of expectations on governance, reporting and diligence. A substantial part of our value is preparing regional businesses to meet them without losing the commercial position.

Our growth frontier.
West Africa
West Africa is where the region's next generation of institutional-scale businesses is being built, and where the gap between good companies and available capital is widest.
We work alongside development finance institutions and long-horizon investors on transactions that require patience with currency, repatriation and governance — and a realistic view of what first institutional capital costs a founder.

The corridor
Why the corridor matters
Plenty of firms cover one of these regions well. Very few can hold all three in the same conversation, and that is where transactions are won or lost: a Gulf sponsor who needs European governance comfort, a French strategic who needs an honest read on Egyptian currency risk, a Nigerian platform that needs both.
Our value is not geographic reach for its own sake. It is that the same partners understand what each side of the corridor requires, and can translate between them without losing the commercial substance of the deal.
Let's discuss your mandate.
Every conversation begins with a partner, and every conversation is confidential.
